2021 Cadillac XT4 and XT5 | Mission, TX
At Bert Ogden Cadillac in Mission, Texas, we offer the full lineup of new Cadillac cars and SUVs, including the popular 2021 Cadillac XT4 small luxury SUV and the 2021 Cadillac XT5 luxury SUV. So other than size, what’s the difference, and which is right for you?
Choice of powertrain.
Every 2021 XT4 takes its power from a 2.0-liter Turbo four-cylinder engine that cranks out 237 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. This engine partners with a nine-speed automatic transmission and yields up to 30 mpg on the highway.*
You have your choice between two engines if you purchase the 2021 XT5. The standard engine is the same that powers the XT4, but for more power, you can spring for the available 3.6-liter V6, mated to the same nine-speed automatic gearbox. This engine delivers an exceptional 310 horsepower and 271 lb-ft of torque while still managing up to 26 mpg on the highway.*
Both the Cadillac XT4 and Cadillac XT5 are leaders in their class as far as spaciousness goes. For example, the XT4 boasts a class-leading 39.5 inches of rear leg room. With rear seats folded, you can fit up to 48.9 cubic feet of cargo.
If you need more space, go with the Cadillac XT5, which boasts up to 63.0 cubic feet of cargo space with rear seats folded.
Both SUVs are incredibly safe, sharing technologies such as Forward Collision Alert, Rear Park Assist, Automatic Emergency Braking, and Front Pedestrian Braking. Both are available with Reverse Automatic Braking, HD Surround Vision, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, and Rear Cross Traffic Alert. Only the XT5 comes standard with Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert and Front Park Assist.
Drivers on a budget may be attracted to the savings offered by the base 2021 Cadillac XT4 model vs. the base 2021 Cadillac XT5 model.
